P&P stated are for UK orders only and if living outside the UK please contact us for P&P costs
With large orders your delivery costs may be higher than the standard cost. We reserve the right to contact you if we need to charge you a higher amount. You may cancel your order if the new delivery costs are not agreeable.

Personalised items can not be returned for exchange or refund. If your order is not personalised and it's not quite right you may exchange it within 14 days from the date of despatch (you can find the despatch date on your despatch note). We will exchange items if they are proved to be faulty on arrival or the item does not fit. We do not offer refunds.
The products must be unused with their labels and packaging in tact. Should products be returned in an unsatisfactory state then Skate Excellence reserve the right to refuse the exchange. We will exchange faulty goods for the same items as what was originally bought (includes size, colour and design) unless the item is out of stock.
The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse so we strongly advise you to get proof of postage and insure it appropriately.
Delivery charges are non-refundable on returned orders.
